Agenda
Day 1 will be a full day spent reviewing the contents
of the first five chapters of the course including:
1. Roles and Responsibilities of TCP's
2. Complying with Regulations and Standards
3. Using Traffic Control Equipment
4. Setting Up Work Zones
5. Working Around Equipment
- Review the workbooks and resource material
- Theory Practice Test
Day 2 will start in the classroom
reviewing what was done in Day 1 then practicing Traffic Control Skills
and will finish with both a practical and written exam.
6. Basic Traffic Control Skills
- Practical Exercise and Competency Demonstration: Controlling a
Two-lane, Two-way Roadway, 50 km/h
7. Building on Basic Traffic Control Skills
- Practical Exercise and Competency Demonstration: Controlling Work
Zones with One TCP
